Corporate Wellbeing
Psychologist-led workshops, wellbeing programs and psychometric assessment for organisations.
We work with organisations that want more than an annual wellbeing webinar. Programs are designed with you, delivered by registered psychologists, and grounded in what the evidence actually supports for workplace mental health.
Engagements include manager training on recognising and responding to distress, stress and burnout workshops, critical-incident support, and psychometric assessment for recruitment and development.
Amelia McDermott's background spans recruitment and psychometric testing alongside clinical practice, which shapes how we approach organisational work.
What to expect
We start with what is actually happening in your organisation, then design the program against agreed outcomes. Every session is delivered by a registered psychologist with a live clinical caseload. Follow-up measurement is built in so you can see whether the program did anything.
How many sessions will I need?
Engagements are scoped with you rather than sold as a fixed package. Program length, format and pricing are agreed once we understand what is actually happening in your organisation.
