Registered psychologists in the Melbourne CBD
Three registered clinicians offering evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma and relationships — in our rooms at Level 10, 53 Queen Street, or by secure video anywhere in Australia.

Welcome
Therapy should feel like a place you can think clearly.
Psychology Wellbeing Consulting is a Melbourne-based practice offering individual therapy, couples and family work, clinical supervision and corporate wellbeing. We work with adolescents and adults across the full range of concerns that bring people to therapy — from acute distress to a sense that something simply isn't working.
Our approach is collaborative and evidence-based. We draw on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR and systemic family therapy, and we choose the approach around the person rather than the other way around.
A considered first session
Your first appointment is 50 minutes. We spend it understanding what's happening, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different — then agree on a plan together.
Genuinely confidential
What you bring to a session stays there. Our clinicians are registered with AHPRA and practise to the standards of the Australian Psychological Society.
In person or from home
See us at Level 10, 53 Queen Street in the Melbourne CBD, or by secure video anywhere in Australia — same clinicians, same standard of care.

Before you book
Questions people ask first
Do I need a referral?
No — you can book directly. A referral only decides whether Medicare pays.
How much does it cost?
Who sets the fee, what the rebate pays back, and how the gap is worked out.
How does a Mental Health Care Plan work?
The plan, the referral and the six-session review, in the order they happen.
What happens in a first session?
Fifty minutes, what you are asked, and what you do not have to talk about yet.
Fees and rebates
Session types, both Medicare items, and what is confirmed in writing before you book.
